When looking at the cost of college, it’s easy to despair. Please don’t. First, you can depend on God to provide for what you need. If college is needed, He can provide. Read other posts here on my blog to get some ideas.

Second, give thanks to God that you live in a land where you have choices. In many countries around the world, the idea of college is out of reach for most of the population. For many, paying for elementary or high school is out of the question.

On this Independence Day observance day, be thankful to God and also to the men and women who gave parts or all of their lives to obtain the freedom we enjoy.
